All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide — United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and more. If your country is not available at checkout, contact us and we will find a solution.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely free on all orders, regardless of order value or size. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or public holidays.

6. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspection. Any import duties, taxes, or fees charged upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

7. Shipment Tracking

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. I NEED INK is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address.
