Our store ships worldwide. These terms are governed by Spanish and European e-commerce regulations. Our products are intended for tattoo professionals and enthusiasts aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age.

3. Products and Availability

All products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will offer:

  • Replacement with an equivalent product
  • Waiting for the item to be restocked
  • Full refund of the amount paid

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may show slight variations depending on your screen settings.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. I NEED INK reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

5. Order Process

  • Select your products and add them to the cart
  • Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing details
  • Choose your payment method and confirm the order
  • You will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of your purchase

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment you receive the order confirmation email.

  • PayPal

All payments are processed through secure gateways with SSL encryption. I NEED INK does not store any card or banking details. If a payment is declined, the order will be automatically cancelled.

7. Shipping and Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Estimated delivery times are approximate and may be affected by customs, public holidays, or carrier delays. I NEED INK is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Any customs duties or import taxes applicable upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund conditions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, available in the store, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the store — including texts, images, logos, designs, and code — is the property of I NEED INK or their respective owners, and is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

I NEED INK shall not be liable for:

  • Technical interruptions or failures beyond our control
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier or customs

I NEED INK reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Orders placed prior to any update will be governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the Courts of Valencia, Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under the buyer's local laws.
