1. General Information

Your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, this policy is designed to make the process clear, fair, and straightforward.

2. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, except in exceptional cases assessed individually.

3. Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unused and unaltered
  • Have the original packaging and labeling intact
  • Include all accessories or components that came with the order
  • Be accompanied by the order number or proof of purchase

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Needles, cartridges, and single-use disposable items that have been opened
  • Inks and pigments whose seal has been broken
  • Aftercare products that have been opened or used
  • Any item that cannot be resold for sanitary reasons

5. Return Shipping Costs

Returns are completely free in all cases. We cover the return shipping costs regardless of the reason. The only requirement is that the product is returned in good condition with its original packaging intact and unused.

6. How to Start a Return

  • Email us at needallu4@gmail.com with subject: "Return Request – Order No. XXXXX"
  • Tell us the reason for the return and attach photos if the item is defective
  • Our team will reply within 48 business hours with next steps
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your request

⚠️ Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation from us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

7. Refunds

Once the return is approved and the item received:

  • Refund processed within 5 to 10 business days
  • Issued via the same payment method used in the original purchase
  • You will receive an email notification once processed

8. Product Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, the process is the same as a return. Once we receive and verify the original product, we will ship the new item.

9. Items Damaged in Transit

If you receive an order with visible damage, note the incident on the carrier's delivery receipt. Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package, attaching photos of both the packaging and the product, so we can file a claim with the carrier.

10. Applicable Law

This policy is written in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations. Nothing in this policy limits the rights granted to consumers by law.
